How we use donations

Funds, donations and grants are used responsibly, transparently and for our stated religious and charitable purposes, including worship, outreach, rehabilitation, humanitarian programmes, service delivery and necessary running costs.

Restricted gifts

If you give to a specific appeal, we use it for that purpose. If an appeal raises more than needed, we use the extra where the need is greatest and say so on the appeal page.

Refunds

If you donate by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund it. Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Gift Aid

We claim Gift Aid only with a valid declaration and keep records as HMRC requires.
